Jaynie Alexander is a communications strategist and founder of The Everblue Group, a selective advisory practice supporting mission-driven and founder-led organizations. Her work sits at the intersection of communications strategy, executive visibility, brand positioning, and public trust. She helps leaders clarify what they are building, explain why it matters, and communicate with the audiences who can move the work forward.

Through Everblue, Jaynie advises organizations that need senior communications thinking without building a large internal team. Her work includes messaging, launch communications, digital presence, thought leadership, stakeholder communications, and trust-building strategy.

Jaynie brings experience across education, workforce, entrepreneurship, and public-impact organizations. She holds an MBA from Duke University, a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Central Florida, and graduate degrees in education from Southern Methodist University and the University of North Texas.

Everblue is intentionally selective and relationship-driven. For inquiries or referrals, contact hello@everbluegroup.com.
